Cary MacGregor Rotary Club
Larry Kingsley, a charter member of the Cary MacGregor Rotary Club, has been awarded the Four Avenues of Service Citation. This citation provides a way for Rotary Clubs to recognize a club member for exemplary service in Rotary's four Avenues of Service. Rotary's commitment to Service Above Self is generally channeled through these Avenues.

Larry is also the recipient of the Distinguished Service Award, Paul Harris Fellow, and Rotarian of the Year in 1992. He has served as District Inbound GSE Chair for several years and Peace Fellow Host for three years.

Larry's construction, woodsman, and physical fitness skills have facilitated an extensive history of participation in hurricane, flood and tornado relief throughout the world.

He has been active in his church as Sunday school teacher, deacon, prison ministry and scouting. Larry is probably best known for his leadership in building handicapped ramps throughout the triangle.

The awarded was presented at the regular Wednesday club meeting on August 4th by District Governor Serge Dihoff.
